We are seeking a Mathematics Teacher to join our Senior School team at BMGS on a full-time OR part-time basis. This role will involve teaching Mathematics to students in Years 7 to 12. The successful candidate will have a passion for fostering a love of learning and creating an environment where academic excellence is encouraged. The role requires a commitment to delivering a high-quality, innovative, and engaging Mathematics curriculum that meets NESA requirements and aligns with the School’s values.

Employment Overview:

• Permanent Full-Time OR Part-Time
• Based at BMGS Wentworth Falls Senior School campus
• Preferred start: Term 1 2025
• Salary in accordance with the MEA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics teaching to students in Years 7 to 12.
• Develop and implement a rigorous, engaging curriculum that supports diverse student needs.
• Foster an environment of academic excellence and inspire a love of learning in students.
• Collaborate with fellow Mathematics teachers to maintain consistency and best practice in teaching.
• Support the School’s wellbeing programs, contributing to the holistic development of students.
• Ensure compliance with curriculum documentation, assessment, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Mathematics teaching qualifications and experience teaching mathematics in a senior school setting.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• NESA accreditation to teach in New South Wales.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Full Australian work rights.
